In order to improve the cohesion, Centripetal force and sense of belonging of Ruiyi Tech and its subordinate companies, create a passionate and happy working atmosphere. Ruiyi Tech organized a team building with the theme of "unity, cooperation, communication,span and breakthrough" on July 8-9, 2023.

On July 8th, the team expansion training camp officially began, with senior and key personnel from all companies gathering in the hotel conference room for a training. Conducting training discussions effectively promotes employees' faster and better understanding of the company's business processes and internal controls, and strengthens employees' management, responsibility, communication, and team work.

In the evening, we went to Qionglong Mountain Scenic Area for BBQ. After eating, we picked up fluorescent sticks and performed a company logo show on the open lawn. Then Mr. Xue lit the bonfire and everyone danced around it, bringing colleagues closer together.

On July 9th, by the guidance of the coach at Suzhou Garden Expo, the team completed activities such as kayaking and indoor dry land curling in small groups. The activities stimulated everyone's sense of struggle and progress, fully demonstrating the team's execution, creativity, and cooperation.
